The purchase of Expressions products indicates an acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

Tile use

Due to the porous nature and smooth finish of our tiles, they should only be used for decorative purposes and not for construction applications like floor tiles.

Shipping

Expressions will make every effort to ship your completed handcrafted fresco tile(s) and any accessories within 14 business days of receiving your complete order. If an original photograph or image is sent, our graphic artists will scan your photograph or image and return the original with your order.

Reproduction of Photographs

At Expressions our artists and craftsmen use state of the art software and equipment resulting in beautifully portrayed reproductions of your photograph or image. Small imperfections on photographs are magnified when they are required to be enlarged to fit larger tile formats. For example, if you purchase a 10x10 fresco tile and provide Expressions a 4 x6 photo, our artist will enlarge your photo to fit the 10x10 format and small imperfections are magnified in the process. Every effort will be made to correct these imperfections through retouching. High quality images will result in high quality reproduction. Photographs by professional photographers hold a copyright on those images and Expressions will reproduce copyright photographs only when written consent is provided from the photographer. If you have gained approval or purchased the reproduction rights to your professional photographs, please submit consent to Expressions along with your order. Your reproduced photographs or images will likely require cropping (size adjusted) to fit the format of the tile. The focus of the final photograph or image will be centered on the fresco tile. If you have special cropping requirements, please include them along with our order.

Refunds and Replacements

Due to the customized nature of our products, Expressions does not issue refunds on custom tile products, only for our accessory products. Each product is hand made in our studio and may differ slightly from photograph or image representation. Replacements will be made only in the event of faulty workmanship. Refunds for accessory products must be submitted within 14 business days after delivery of product. Our products are inspected by our studio prior to shipment. If your product is damaged in shipping, a claim will be filed with the shipping company.
Expressions decorative fresco tiles are designed to have an "old-world", antiqued appearance. Slight imperfections are normal and part of the overall charm and design of the product.
